Builder Structure
AppWise CMS includes Home Builder, Page Builder and Contact Builder. Builder is used to manage pages as blocks.
How builder works
Section is a horizontal page area.
Column defines the column structure inside a section.
Element is the content component placed inside a column.
Each element may have its own content, image, link and language fields.
Frontend order follows the order set in the builder.
Themes can define their own extra elements, so available elements may vary by active theme.
Note: HTML Block is powerful but should be used carefully. Invalid HTML can break page layout.
Header and Footer
Header and footer areas are global, so changes affect the whole website.
Header: Logo (light/dark), background color, menu behavior and form shortcuts.
Footer: Columns and widget system.
Widget types: Logo, text, menu, contact, social media, map link, image, working hours, payment badges and newsletter.
Forms and Applications
Forms and Applications is used to manage records submitted by visitors. Unread record count is shown in the sidebar.
Contact form: Visitor messages and contact requests.
Human resources form: Job applications and CV submissions.
Quote form: Price quote requests.
Order form: Product or service orders.
Request form: General product/service inquiry records.
Form records can be tracked by read status. Some forms may not appear if related modules are inactive.
Popup and Announcements
Display popups and announcement bars to visitors for campaigns, information or redirection purposes.
Popup Management
Popup content, image and link can be customized.
Display timing and repeat settings can be configured.
Language-based popup content can be defined.
Announcement Bar
A notification bar displayed at the top of the site.
Short campaign messages, link and color settings can be configured.

Newsletter Popup: Email collection popup.
WhatsApp Button: Fixed WhatsApp contact button.
Live Support: Live chat integration.
Cookie Notice: GDPR-compliant cookie consent bar.
Speed Test: Site speed performance analysis.
Schema Markup: Search engine structured data markup.
Tip: Enable cookie notice before launch for GDPR compliance.
Contact and Social Media
Company contact information and social media accounts are managed from this section. This data is automatically used in footer, contact page and modules.
Contact: Phone, email, address and map information.
Social Media: Facebook, Instagram, Twitter/X, LinkedIn, YouTube and other platform links.
Reviews and Ratings
Visitor comments and product reviews are managed from this section.

Product reviews: Rating and review records for products.
Comments work with an approval system — they go through admin review before publishing.
Modules
The module system is used to enable or disable CMS features and manage page/plugin type structures.
Each module can be activated or deactivated. Modules automatically create the related page and menu in the frontend.
Note: Required modules are necessary for the system and should not be removed.

FAQ
My page does not appear in the menu. What should I do?
Creating a page does not automatically add it to navigation. Add the related page as a menu item from the Menu section.
I added a language but content appears empty.
Translation rows are created when a new language is added, but content text must be filled manually.
The product sidebar opens incorrectly.
Check the product category and product/module sidebar settings. Use sidebar root setting if needed.
When should sitemap be updated?
Check sitemap whenever a new page, product, category or module page is published.
A builder element is not visible on the frontend.
Make sure the element is active, supported by the selected theme and its content fields are filled.
I applied a palette from Color Market but I don't like it. Can I revert to my old colors?
Yes. If you previously exported your color settings as JSON, you can restore them with import. Or you can reapply a palette saved in your custom palettes.
I enabled 2FA but lost my phone.
You can log in using one of the backup codes provided when 2FA was enabled. If you don't have backup codes, contact your system administrator.
What happens if SMTP settings are not configured?
Password reset, OTP verification and form notification emails cannot be sent. Make sure to configure SMTP settings before launch.
My session expires too quickly.
Check the 'Remember Me' option on the login screen. This keeps your session active for 30 days (unless you manually log out).
